We combine cutting-edge AI technology with beautiful illustration to create truly personalized books that children treasure. Not just a name on a page, but their actual face, their family, their story. Our books teach kids about the world they live in and the world inside them: from geography and cultural awareness to naming big feelings and growing in kindness. Each one is an engaging adventure they want to read again and again.

Our Story
YouVerseBooks started when our founder, Dang Ngo, watched his daughter flip through a picture book, and say, “I wish I could be in this story.” That simple wish sparked an idea: what if we could make that possible for every child?
Before YouVerseBooks, Dang spent his career in global health, most recently as a Vice President at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where he worked to expand access to essential medicines and care for children around the world. YouVerseBooks is his next chapter, bringing that same focus on kids into the stories they grow up reading.
With advances in AI and illustration technology, we built YouVerseBooks to transform family photos into beautiful, cohesive illustrations that place children right in the heart of the adventure. No more generic “insert name here” books. We create personalized experiences where kids can see themselves in emotional situations and explore the world.
We’re launching in June 2026 and hope to help families create memories that last a lifetime, and help kids improve their reading, social-emotional intelligence, and understanding of the world.
