Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee print quality and binding. We also guarantee that your likeness will appear correctly in at least 80% of scenes. We cannot guarantee perfection, however, because AI generation is inherently indeterministic. That is why we generate options per scene for your selection.
If your book has defects or doesn't match what you approved, we'll fix it. Due to the custom nature of our products, books cannot be resold.

- Approved books matching preview
- Dissatisfaction with AI style after approval

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- Quality varies based on photo quality, poses, and AI limitations
- Options per scene, you choose the best
- No perfection guarantee, AI has inherent limitations
- Review before approval, once approved, design is final
Recommendation: Upload high-quality photos, review carefully, contact support with concerns BEFORE approving.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@youversebooks.com with order number, reason, and photos (if applicable)
- Response within 24-48 business hours
- Return: usually not needed. If we do request one, we'll arrange and pay for the shipping
- Refund via original payment (5-10 days) or store credit (immediate, never expires)
